Terms of Use

Subscriptions are charged to your payment method through your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple Account settings after purchase.

You may not copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate it into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Vilius B.

You must be of legal purchase age or older to access or otherwise use the app and related services. Persons under legal purchase age are prohibited from using the app or such services in any way.

Vilius B. is committed to making the app as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear exactly what you are paying for.

Clean Cut stores and processes data on your device in order to provide the service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and your access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak your phone — that is, remove the software restrictions imposed by the official operating system — because it can make your phone vulnerable to malware, compromise its security features, and mean that the app does not work properly or at all.

The app uses third-party services that declare their own terms and conditions.

Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection, over Wi-Fi or your mobile network. Vilius B. cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or have no data allowance left. If you use the app outside a Wi-Fi area, the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider still apply, and you may be charged for data — including roaming charges outside your home territory. You accept responsibility for any such charges.

The app may change over time, and you may need to download updates in order to keep using it. Vilius B. does not promise to always update the app so that it remains relevant to you or works with the iOS version installed on your device. We may also stop providing the app and terminate its use at any time without notice. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon termination the rights and licences granted to you in these terms end, and you must stop using the app and, if needed, delete it from your device.

We may update these terms from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page.
